* A 25% deposit is required, followed by three 25% installments per update, including revision approval, until completion.Contract Initiation:
* Upon agreement to the rate, I’ll send you the Commission Agreement/Contract.Process:1. Reference Gathering: Please provide any relevant references (pictures, descriptions, music, etc.) to help capture your idea.2. Sketch Creation: I’ll present 2-3 rough sketches for pose/composition approval. You have the option to make slight changes or withdraw the commission at this stage.3. Agreement and Deposit: If you approve a rough sketch and wish to proceed, a 25% deposit is required, validating the contract.4. Commencement: Upon receipt of the initial payment confirmation, I’ll commence work on the piece.5. Updates and Revisions: I’ll provide 3 updates and one revision per update, Each update includes a watermarked version for your review. 25% payment is required per update. Feedback, revisions, or commission cancellation are welcome at this stage. All updates will be sent via email.6. Completion: Upon receiving the final 25% installment, you’ll receive the raw files. These will include a PSD file, a 300DPI PNG image, and a possible timelapse of the piece via a Google Drive link.7. Delivery: Delivery of finished commissions will span from minimum 15 days to 20 days depending on communication and payment turnaround time, short term rush commissions may be subject to additional fees.Payment Options: Secure payments via Stripe portal link using Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cashapp, or upon request, PayPal (not recommended).••••••••••Term of Service & Usage Policy:1. Copyright and Declining Commissions:
• I’ll retain the copyright for the commissioned artwork but not for the characters or subjects.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion.2. Usage Limitations:
• The commissioned work is for personal use only. Reproduction or sale is prohibited without an agreement.
• For commercial inquiries, kindly contact me via email.3. Prohibited Uses:
• Usage of commissioned work for NFTs, NFT games, cryptocurrencies, or related purposes is strictly prohibited.
• It’s also prohibited to employ the artwork to train image AIs or utilize AI-based editing tools.4. Posting and Privacy:
• I reserve the right to share the commissioned piece on social media or in my portfolio.
• Requests for privacy or delayed postings can be accommodated upon request.5. Intellectual Property:
• I don’t claim rights to the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork, including characters, stories, settings, or designs.
• I won’t resell, reproduce, or profit further from the commissioned artwork.6. Reference Requests:
• If no references are provided, I’ll use my expertise to determine the best approach for the illustration.
